Tevau Pay Terms of Services

1. Introduction

1.1 These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which govern your use of the Issuance Services, Tevau Pay Card, Digital Wallet, Issuer’s App, and the services, technology platform associated therewith (hereinafter collectively referred to as “SERVICES”), which are provided to you by Tevau Technology Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “Issuer”, “Tevau”, “We”, or “us”).

1.2 Please read and understand these Terms before using these SERVICES, so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations. By completing the registration process and/or using the SERVICES, you shall be deemed to have expressly read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, as well as other related terms, agreements, policy and rules, the following words shall have the meaning and/or understanding as set forth below:

3. Eligibility

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the SERVICES only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the SERVICES or use them to engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Tevau may charge fees for certain features or uses of the SERVICES. Such fees will be communicated clearly before being charged.

All intellectual property rights in the SERVICES and related content belong to Tevau or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the SERVICES for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the SERVICES in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Tevau server or the networks connected to any Tevau server.

10. Privacy

Your use of the SERVICES is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The SERVICES may include links to third-party websites or services. Tevau is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

12. Termination

Tevau may suspend or terminate your access to the SERVICES at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The SERVICES are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tevau disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Tevau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the SERVICES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tevau and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the SERVICES or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or app. Continued use of the SERVICES constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Tevau.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tevau regarding the use of the SERVICES.

20. No Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

21. Force Majeure

Tevau shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
